La Rose des Vents is situated on the hillside of Grand Cul de Sac. The view on the thousand blues lagoon is amazing.
It is a spacious colonial style villa, well-kept which offers a long heated pool, a Jacuzzi and beautiful sunny terraces. We enjoyed its Caribbean architecture with a contemporary decoration.
Two of the bedrooms have the access from the main terrace, the third one is in a separated bungalow above and the fourth one is on the lower level.
Sporty guests will enjoy the fitness room overlooking the sea.
It is a perfect villa for a stay with friends.

Everyone truly had a spectacular time on the island starting with the villa and excellent concierge service. All our needs we met, including reservations, food provisions stocked when we arrived to villa and overall amenities and cleanliness of the villa. I highly recommend La Rose Des Vents, the views, the pool, the kitchen and bedrooms and we even used the workout room occasionally. Also, it was very close to St. Jean and the hotels so the drives were not too long to get to bakery and grocery stores.

This was our first of many trips to St Martin. We had a wonderful stay having every need met & guidance to the island so we could experience a bit of everything it has to offer. We were not ready to leave and plan to return again!

Villa 240 was so beautiful and clean. The pictures aren't able to capture the beauty of the home. The home was great for two couples. We had enough shared space, but we both also had a private suite area. The location was good for traveling to both the French & Dutch sides of the island.
