Great location and a very welcoming host Excellent location. Mare Piccolo Beach is about 1.2 km away and took us around 12 minutes on foot with our 8-year-old child. The walk back took about the same time. The town centre, with its restaurants, cafés and shops, is also within easy walking distance, so we enjoyed evening walks and dinners without using the car. The property has a beautiful, well-maintained garden. The owner's father kindly treated my wife to figs from the garden — they were incredibly sweet ;). There is also a patio with a dining table and a sea view, where we usually had our meals. The apartment had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, utensils and a washing machine. Its filter became clogged during our stay, but the issue was fixed very quickly. Perhaps the previous guests were Russians who forgot to empty their pockets before doing the laundry ;). The main bed was very comfortable, and there is also a good fold-out sofa for children. The bathroom is spacious and there was always hot water. The apartment almost completely matched the photos and description on Booking. A special thank you to Tiziana! She is extremely friendly, kind and helpful, and assisted us even with questions unrelated to the apartment. She also recommended some wonderful local restaurants. Another important advantage was the free parking. There are spaces directly next to the apartment and on the street immediately opposite, which was very convenient as we travelled by car. Although the railway line is visible on the map, we did not notice it at all during our stay — it was very quiet! We never heard any trains, chickens or other animals. We usually went to the beach early, returned for a siesta, and went back again later, and the apartment was always peaceful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Regarding cleanliness, the floor was not perfectly clean, but the owner informed us about this immediately and said that there was no need to take our shoes off and that we could simply wear slippers. This was not a significant issue for us. It is worth remembering that this is an apartment rather than a hotel, so during your stay you can maintain the cleanliness yourself if needed. Everything necessary for this was provided, and we were happy to use it. The Wi-Fi worked very well during the day, although the speed slowed down somewhat in the evening. However, this was usually the time when we were out for an evening walk around the town or having dinner at some wonderful local restaurants recommended by the owner. We also had mobile Wi-Fi, which easily compensated for this minor inconvenience in the evening.

Ubytování bylo i přes blízký vlak velmi tiché a klidné. Krásná zelená oáza uprostřed města je jak dělaná pro děti. Apartmán byl čistý a naprosto dostačující pro tři dospělé a batole. Krásná terasa byla hlavním děním pro společné chvíle i relaxaci.

Struttura accogliente, pulitissima e in una posizione ideale. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. La camera era spaziosa, ben arredata e molto silenziosa, perfetta per riposare. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole !

Niente da dire

Tiziana, ihre Schwester Valentina und ihre Eltern haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und liebevoll umsorgt. Sie waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Sachen empfohlen. Die Lage der Wohnung war zentral und man konnte alles zu Fuß gut erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
