The best apartment in Croatia with the best family owners

I did like everything about this place! It was perfect in all senses When we arrived, we had quite a hard day. But the owner welcomed us so warmly, that this day appeared to be good in the end! It felt like home. And I think it’s because in this place you can feel that this is the family who worked on it together. It was perfectly clean, and also was close (5 minutes walk) to the sea, and sea view from our apartment. We were in a lot of places in Croatia, but this apartment was the best one we, the one you want to come back

A peaceful place to stay

The accomodation was very nice, the hosts were pleasant and helpful. Our surroundings were peaceful, with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Gradac.

Perfect stay in Gradac in a beautiful accommodation, without a pleasant host

I had the chance to stay in a brand-new, nicely furnished apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable holiday in Gradac: AC, kitchen, fridge, kettle, spacious bed, etc. The apartments are suitable for solo travellers as well as families. Marin is a kind, helpful host, always ready to make his guests’ stay comfortable and smooth. Thanks for the pick-up and lift to the bus station!

Comfortable and clean - definitely coming back

Vila Damir was a great stay with clean and comfortable apartment, all necessities in the kitchen or bathroom already waiting for you. The hosts were wonderful communicators and always there in case you need anything. They also recommended a few local spots to explore and eat out.

Extremely easy to reach and find. The apartment ment was very good, however the host was really something out of this world: Upon our very late arrival, offered us cold refreshments, guided to a local fast food which was still open, and offered us some of his own supplies due to the upcomming Croatian national holiday next day.

We stayed overnight at Villa Damir and I must say that we made a fantastic choice. The apartment is conveniently close to the beach, and the hosts are friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the apartment, along with the comfortable bed and lovely balcony, made for a delightful experience. Highly recommended for a memorable seaside getaway.

Even though we arrived late, they waited for us at the door. The cold house lemonade they served as soon as it arrived was excellent. They offered a pleasant welcome chat. As Marin said, he had a balcony with an excellent view and a spacious room. The bathroom is a bit small but clean and adequate. At ten o'clock in the evening he gave us his own beers and the next day he did not take his money, saying a treat. We ate grandma cookies all holiday. The sea is 50 m from the market. We had an excellent time. We would have stayed if we had more time. I definitely recommend it.

Volveré a venir sin dudas

Me gustó mucho la atención de Marín y su familia! Un lugar magnífico para pasar unas tranquilas vacaciones, la casa estaba impecable y muy bien ubicada! Una vista increíble y la playa está a dos minutos caminando, varios restaurantes cerca y supermercados. Sin duda alguna volveré a venir, la casa es súper cómoda y todo estuvo muy bien, también hay parking en la casa, por lo que es posible venir en coche.

Boravak u Vili Damir bio je doslovno čaroban – pravi mali raj u kojem je sve bilo savršeno, od prvog trenutka do odlaska. Smještaj je iznad svih očekivanja! Apartman je besprijekorno čist, savršeno uređen s mnogo pažnje na detalje, moderan, ali istovremeno toliko topao i ugodan da se čovjek odmah osjeća kao kod kuće. Krevet je iznimno udoban, posteljina miriše na svježinu, a kuhinja je opremljena doslovno svime što vam može zatrebati, pa i više od toga. Sve je novo, funkcionalno i estetski predivno uklopljeno – od drvenih detalja do savršeno usklađenih boja. Kupaonica je mala oaza mira, moderna, čista i s vrhunskim tušem. Svaki kutak ovog prostora odiše pažnjom i ljubavlju domaćina prema gostima. Lokacija vile je savršena – plaža je vrlo blizu, laganom šetnjom ste za čas tamo, a opet imate svoj mir i tišinu, daleko od gradske gužve. Idealno mjesto za odmor tijela i duha. Okolica je predivna, a posebno se ističe mir – savršeno za one koji žele pobjeći od svakodnevnog stresa. Poseban dojam ostavljaju domaćini – izuzetno ljubazni, topli i nenametljivi ljudi koji su uvijek tu ako vam nešto zatreba, a opet vam ostavljaju potpunu privatnost. Njihova srdačnost i gostoprimstvo zaista su nešto što se rijetko sreće i čini boravak još ljepšim. Ovo je smještaj kojem ćete se sigurno željeti vraćati, jer nudi sve što je potrebno za savršen odmor – mir, udobnost, čistoću, blizinu mora i osjećaj kao da ste kod starih prijatelja. Jederzeit wieder.

Netter und höflicher Gastgeber. Hat uns gleich mit guten Restaurant und Bar-Tips weitergeholfen. Super Aussicht. Zwei gemütliche Stühle und ein Tisch auf dem Balkon. Zwei Minuten Fußweg zur Strand-Promenade. Großzügiges und sauberes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile. Der Gastgeber hatte uns unaufgefordert zur Ankunft zwei Dosen Bier kalt gestellt :) Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und super WLAN. Wir konnten direkt vorm Haus in einer zugehörigen Parkbucht parken. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, weswegen es sehr ruhig ist und wir uns auch keine Sorgen um unsere Mopeds machen mussten.

Sehr kleines Bad, womit wir uns aber prima arrangieren konnten.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Marin ist ein herzlicher und engagierter Gastgeber. Man bekommt viele Tipps und kann sich immer an ihn wenden, wenn man Fragen hat. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Duschvorhang ist etwas unpraktisch.
