Excellent location, peaceful yet just a short walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Spacious gardens and nice pool. Comfortable house, though interior could do with some updating. Bathrooms are good, kitchen is slightly separated from main house but is very well equipped.

The separate kitchen might seem odd but it works very well. Having an extra separate shower similarly works well. Location is great. Literally a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 min to shopsbars and restaurants. Pictures don't really do it justice.

This house is just a few minutes’ walk to La Barossa with its many excellent restaurants and no more than a short walk to the magnificent Playa de la Barossa; yet it is wonderfully secluded.
It is easy to drive out from the house to many places: Chiclana de la Frontera is very close and well worth a visit for its many different shops.
La Barossa is a wonderful place: this was our second visit – and I know we’ll be back again!
