A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, 10 perc séta távra a tengerpart, a tömb alatt boltok illetve bárok és éttermek helyezkednek el, de pár perc séta távra minden elérhető. Az épülettel szemben van a kisvonat megàllója is. A hatalmas teraszról szuper a kilátás. Törölköző és hajszárító is van.
Az apartman kulcsát az irodában kellett átvenni illetve leadni, ez 2 kisgyerekkel illetve a csomagokkal kicsit macerás volt, mivel a szállástól kb 1 km-re van. Elavult mosógép volt,amihez már az első nap szerelőt kellett hívni, illetve elhasznált bőrkanapé van, amiről pereg a bevonat, a francia ágy matraca ki volt feküdve. A meghirdetett vízforraló nincs, wc papír is csak 1 db guriga volt 4 főre 7 napra. Ruhaszárító olyan van, amire 3 db törölköző fér.

Muy buena Ubicación y el personal que nos atendió, muy amables. Contestan rápido los mensajes y muy atentos. El apartamento muy confortable.
La lavadora perdía agua y no pudimos hacer uso de ella.
