The house was really clean and very pretty. Heating worked with no problem, all facilities were well kept and well working. No major issues with any of the important stuff. Owner was very friendly and even if we did not meet in person he was always available through his contact number (he wrote in very good English). He also handled the trash disposal, which was rather specific, so that was also a great help.
There were only marginal disappointment/setbacks, which in reality did not affect us very much. The main thing is that the bathroom is on the ground floor, while the rooms are upstairs, with a relatively narrow staircase, which makes going to the bathroom at night ticky. This could have been specified better in the description of the house, but whatever. There was a very hand notebook with all the essential information about the house which, however, was written only in french. I'd suggest adding an English version, as it is really easy/cheap and is a nice touch. There was no info tho on how to use the radiators. In hindsight, they worked like any other air conditioner/heating system, and he was also vey helpful in explaining how they worked. But still, it could be worth it to add a few lines in the info notebook
