Welcome to your dream home-away-from-home! This rustic, charming chalet is perfectly nestled amid the wooded forest, providing treehouse views of the beautiful, 19 acre Kitzbuhl Lake below. Only steps away from the shoreline, you and your guests have premier lake access, complete with a private beach and spacious dock to enjoy a relaxing day by the water. Roll out the lily pad and lounge in the lake, or paddle through the water on one of the many water toys provided. Everything you need for an impeccable lake vacation is at your fingertips!
The comfort of the indoors will make you feel at home, with its warm interior colors, cozy stone wall fireplace, and walls of floor to ceiling windows surrounding the open living area. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and is outfitted with updated custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and barstool seating. Dine indoors or outdoors, as both areas have plenty of seating and gorgeous views of the unique Innsbrook landscape.
Off of the living area is the primary bedroom, furnished with a king size bed and access to the expansive deck through the sliding glass door, complete with a full bathroom right around the corner. You will find a quaint loft living area upstairs, polished with an oversized couch and plush furnishings, plus, two rooms to accommodate additional sleeping arrangements. One room off of the loft has a king size bed, while the other bedroom is equipped with one twin bed, and two sets of bunk beds (3 twin over twin beds in each set). The second full bathroom completes the upstairs loft, making it a comfortable and convenient living space for everyone.
Conveniently located near 236 acre Alpine Lake, and a short swim away from Kitzbuhl Beach, this one-of-a-kind chalet allows guests to embrace the relaxed Innsbrook lake lifestyle to the fullest. Enjoy recreational water activities on the crystal clear waters, explore the scenic valleys and rolling hills on one of the many attractive hiking trails nearby, or connect with nature in the wildlife corridor only a short walk away.

My husband and I needed a nice getaway by ourselves. I also love to kayak. It was perfect for us. Two things tho..the hot tub was not servicable. No chlorine and sides were dirty and the bbq grill would not work. The outside deck,beautifil cabin and the atmosphere was very nice.

The Kitzbuhl Shores property was beyond our expectations. We have stayed at many properties in Innsbrook and the attention to detail here was unmatched! Being pet-friendly was our top priority, but this property went far above and beyond. The beds were comfortable, the AC (it was over 95 most days) worked wonderfully, the kitchen was well-stocked, the family areas were clean and comfortable, and the outdoor amenities (firepit, hot tub, dock, water toys) were fantastic. We are already looking for dates to return.

We enjoyed using the kayaks and the house was very nice! Comfortable bed and furniture. Loved the view of the lake from the living room.
Only complaints would be we couldn’t not brew a pot of coffee and all the closets and drawers are locked so we just had to keep our clothes in our suitcases.
