If your rental application is not approved by HOA, you can't stay in the unit. Therefore your booking becomes invalid. All tenants must follow HOA Rules and Regulations and sign a rental agreement. $500 refundable deposit required. Tenants will receive a parking pass from the HOA office. New years rentals starts on January 2nd.
