This brand-new 3-bedroom luxury cabin has all the comforts of home plus much more! You will love all the modern finishes like granite countertops, stack-stone fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling glass gable wall and large high-definition TVs in each room. Individually owned but professionally managed by Summit Cabin Rentals, this secluded cabin is located in Wears Valley and is situated on a ridge with breathtaking views overlooking a peaceful valley in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains.
THE NAME
Mountain JERNĒ was named after the owner’s kids. Two families of best friends teamed up to create a rental property business using the first letter of their five children’s names to create a play on words and create an amazing “JERNĒ” (journey) for each and every property. The properties they create, along with the professional management of Summit are sure to give you the BEST mountain JERNĒ you can imagine!
THE PROPERTY
The Master Bedroom Suite (Main floor) is equipped with 1 King bed along with a TV and dresser, with an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom also has a King bed, TV and dresser. The third bedroom has 1 bunk bed (twin over full) along with 2 Pull-out Sofas (upstairs and downstairs) There are 2 Full Bathrooms and 1 Half Bathroom conveniently located right off the main living area.
Mountain JERNĒ has everything you need for the perfect vacation to the Smoky Mountains! The large, open floorplan features a main floor master bedroom and full master bathroom with custom walk-in shower. The living space features a large seating area with high-end furniture to relax and take in the view from the floor-to-ceiling glass gable wall by the stacked-stone fireplace and 60” TV! The main floor also includes a full kitchen with granite countertops, counter seating, a half bathroom and laundry.
The spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, stocked and ready for your family get-togethers and holidays! The open dining area has seating for 6 at the table plus 3 at the bar counter. Looking to cook over open flame? You’ll have a grill to treat the family to your favorite grilled cuisine.
The lower level is home to 1 full bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with a flat screen TV. Enjoy some family fun in the spacious game room, complete with large TV, fireplace, pool table and gaming system! The lower level also features a private deck with a hot tub. Enjoy your own private outdoor firepit with an evening overlook that will leave you speechless.
All bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and smart, flat screen TVs. The cabin includes free high-speed WiFi throughout along with Roku/Firestick connected to each TV so you can log on to your personal Netflix, Hulu, etc. to enjoy your favorite entertainment.

The location of Mountain JERNĒ is truly one of its best amenities. Located on a ridge overlooking the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, you will be immersed in nature’s beauty and serenity. The cabin is off Indigo Road just at the entrance into Wears Valley and has gorgeous mountains inhabited by incredible wildlife like white-tailed deer and hummingbirds. Minutes down the road is a local grocery store to stock up on any missing essentials. For larger grocery needs, Kroger and Publix are available.

Overall we were very happy with the house! It was very clean and the views from the balcony were awesome! Only hiccup was it was lady bug season so there were quite a few lady bugs on the large windows in the living room. Other than that though our stay was wonderful

We loved our cabin up in the mountains away from Hussle and bustle of the Pigeon Forge area that is truly like being in Vegas. 30 miles away and fun to visit, eat, and shop. It was comfy, clean, and felt brand new. The balcony's were our favorite for star gazing at night and the peaceful birdsong mornings. All the amenities were within a 10-20 minute drive. Highly recommend renting this cabin, great location, great management company, peaceful, quiet, and lots of beautiful woods to venture through.

House is clean, everything worked as it should, and only 15 minutes to Gatlinburg or pigeon forge. We also took advantage of the free amusement tickets.

Good: The cabin itself was perfect for our needs. Layout and amenities were as described. The location isn’t bad, though the pictures make it look more remote than it actually is.
Bad: There was a lot of construction going on all around us. We even lost our electricity for a period of time. A lot of large traffic up and down the shared drive all day long. There is a lot of trash scattered around the area from the construction going on. The road to the cabin was rough and in poor shape. There were wasps in the cabin and one even stung my wife. We killed 4 or 5 during our stay.
