The unit was as described. The bed was comfortable and loved the laundry option. Proximity to walk and get coffee was great. Plenty of parking (off season) But it was old unit and the walls are very thin. Deliveries started early for the local restaurant The bathroom is tiny and no table to work on a laptop. Overall it was good and the communication was great with the property managers prior to the trip.

My 2nd or 3rd stay and still enjoying it. We'll be back. Note; street parking is very manageable and not any where near as difficult as other areas in Newport. Older property, not lux but very charming. Great location. Have had stays from 3 days to 12 days...very close to other great beaches (Corona del Mar, Newport). Kitchen has full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle. No stove. Beautiful neighborhood for walking. All you need for single or couple.

Good for price and location by the ferry. Some typical beach rental quirks. Management was quick to respond and take care of an issue we had. Very nice person.
