Welcome to Casa Flora at Hacienda de Mita 906, a spacious four-bedroom condo inside the gated Punta Mita resort. Walk to the beach, surf breaks, restaurants and shops, or explore the resort in your included six-passenger golf cart. Concierge service and housekeeping Monday–Saturday are included.

Relax in comfortable indoor living spaces and on the furnished terrace. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, Hacienda de Mita’s shared pools and access to its residents’ beach club. Playa Anclote and the village’s beachfront restaurants are a short walk away.

Breakfast preparation is available for an additional charge. Food and groceries are extra. Airport transfers, excursions and other services can be arranged at an additional cost.
PREMIER GOLF AND BEACH CLUB ACCESS
Enjoy access to eligible Punta Mita facilities, including Pacifico, Kupuri, El Surf Club and Sufi Ocean Club, the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, tennis courts and shared fitness center. Membership provides access rather than complimentary golf, meals or activities. Reservations, operating rules, venue-specific fees and any minimum consumption requirements apply. St. Regis Sea Breeze access is subject to separate availability and charges.
CLUB PUNTA MITA ACCESS FEE
This fee is additional to accommodation, per person per stay of up to 30 days:
• Ages 13+: USD $66.70 total
• Ages 5–12: USD $40.02 total
• Children under 5: no charge
Totals include VAT and the service charge. Payment is required before arrival for access cards to be issued.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children and infants, as required by the HOA.

This is my fourth trip to Hacienda de Mita and it might have been the best. Lauren (the property manager) and Roxy (the concierge) communicated often and thoroughly about everything! If I had a question, there response was extremely timely with little delay. They not only helped plan the week in advance, but were able to assist us in making adjustments or additions as the week went on. Casa Flora was a beautiful unit that I would absolutely return to. It was an incredible week and I can’t wait to return. When I do, I will definitely be reaching out to Lauren and Roxy!!!

This listing was even better than it looks online! It was gorgeous, located in the most perfect spot for getting everywhere easily, and the housekeeper was fabulous and cooked us the most delicious breakfast every morning. I would give 6 stars if that was an option. We will absolutely be back!

Just got back from the most amazing stay at Casa Flora!! The property is absolutely breathtaking, complete with a golf cart and access to so many amazing beach clubs! But what really made the trip was the people. Concierge Roxy was phenomenal every step of the way - from helping us plan our itinerary to being extremely highly communicative throughout - any question or request we had, she responded immediately with an amazing attitude! Rosie the housekeeper was also wonderful, cooked delicious homemade breakfasts and always had guac and pico ready daily. Could not recommend this place more - truly the nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed at - we hope to come back soon! Thank you all!!

The property was clean but very dated interiors. The dark woodwork felt gloomy. I would not go again until it was updated.
