- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the resort, including in the condo and on the balcony. Designated smoking areas are available on the south end of the building. Fines will be imposed by the resort for violators

Beautiful, actually, stunning ocean views from the main living space and the master bedroom. Gorgeous. Spent many hours out there just listening to the ocean. Space was perfect. Beds were comfortable and there were so many amenities provided including laundry soap, dish detergent, soaps, toilet paper, trash bags and paper towel. Made it so easy. They had beach chairs and even boogie boards for the kids to try out. The hosts were so easy to connect with and even accommodated a late check out for our family so we could enjoy one more day on the beach as our flights home were not until the evening hours. We all when and played mini golf down the road, was a total blast. Pools were great, lots of options. Our teen kids said they felt like they were on a resort and just loved how close everything was. The beach was so clean and we all spent hours jumping in the waves. Leaving Myrtle Beach with tons of memories and our beach condo played a huge part in that experience. Highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Eric and Sarah for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo, our family had an absolute blast!!! We took care of your space like it was our own home.

Nicely appointed spacious condo. We had 9 ladies there for a Christian women’s conference at the convention center which is very close by. Host was attentive and helpful.

The condo was nice but the grounds were bad. The lazy river area is very run down. Every entry gate or door has holes where security locks have been removed and looks bad. The hot tubs were not hot. Kids were swimming in them. Not one outdoor shower worked. Locations was nice.
