Near Béziers, 15 minutes from Valras beach, in the domain of the banks of the canal, charming house of 33 M2 ready to accommodate 4 people (2 adults maximum) in a secure holiday residence.
Private parking space, internet box in the accommodation, air-conditioned rooms.
This residence is located in the heart of nature along the Canal du Midi, 15 minutes from the beaches and 5 kms from the city center of Béziers. It has 3 swimming pools (2 outdoor and 1 covered and heated in winter), a multi-sports field, a petanque area, two children's playgrounds, a snack bar and a laundry.
The 33 m2 dwelling is made up as follows:
On the first floor, you will find the main room of 15.6 M2 used as a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2 people) and a kitchen opening onto a beautiful terrace without vis-à-vis, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a first bedroom of 9 M2 with cupboard and a bed of 140 for 2 people; A second adjoining room of 7.50 M2 on the floor with 2 bunk beds in 90. The bedrooms are air-conditioned
This accommodations are in very good general condition.
Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you.

De Bonnes vacances dans une propriété au calme, un logement bien agencé, propre, et bien équipé, munie d'une belle terrasse un peu ombragé.
Hôte très avenant et disponible ayant même prévu un cadeau d'accueil, très appréciable.
Les piscines de la résidence sont suffisamment grandes, calmes et pas surpeuplées même en plein juillet.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très agréable séjour dans un logement très fonctionnel ou rien ne manque pour y passer d'agréables vacances avec une petite terrasse bien exposée.
Fabien est un hôte très prévenant, merci à lui pour la bonne bouteille de rosé et les biscuits.
Nous ésperons y revenir trés bientôt

logement fonctionnel et bien agencé, le propriétaire est très accueillant et sympathique. On a apprécié la piscine couverte en avril, Je recommande vivement cette location dans un environnement sécurisé pour un séjour proche de Béziers.
