About this apartment rental
The renovated "Haus Kiwitt" apartment complex, with railing-style balconies running along the entire facade
has the typical "retro charm" of the 1970s. The “Grooter Kiwitt” vacation rental
is located on the raised first floor and was partially renovated in
2020. It’s situated in the second row, directly behind the Wangerooge
beach promenade, and is just a few minutes away from the swimming beach. The
spacious vacation rental offers plenty of room for 4 people. It features
a fully equipped kitchen (oven/dishwasher) with a sea view and
a custom-integrated dining area, as well as a spacious bathroom with
a shower, toilet, and washing machine, plus a small, newly renovated bathroom with a toilet. The
bedroom faces south and features a double bed,
a wardrobe, and a large window with access to the balcony. With the
additional fold-out bed, it can also be used as a triple room. The
living room, also facing south and featuring a cozy double sofa bed
and a closet, also boasts a large window with
access to a balcony leading to a sunny, sheltered seating area. Since the
bedroom with its small bathroom has a separate entrance,
the apartment is also ideal for two couples. This vacation rental is
a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Upon request, we
are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair for our
little guests. By the way... “Grooter Kiwitt” is located right next to the vacation rental
“Lüttjer Kiwitt”—a great opportunity, for example, for an extended family to vacation
on Wangerooge.
