It was in a good location and Ash was very helpful. I gave them 15-30 mins notice and he was at the property to greet me. The venue was clean and quiet and everything was clean and tidy. Communication was very good even before my arrival.

Easy to find, host was friendly and waiting for us when arrived. Bedroom was modern and clean. Nice to have tea coffee station with water and biscuits in room :) Very comfy bed! Plenty of private parking, nice garden amd respectful other guests. Would stay again 100% Thanks Ahmed :)
Maybe a bit more chilled food storage area, and was unclear if kitchen was communal and was rather untidy...but it wasn't an issue

Smells as you enter the property dust and dirt in the room on the windows, mirror and surfaces filthy limescale on the shower cubicle glass tight space of the toilet and bathroom in general
