Conforto do espaço, local bem agradável sem barulho e a área superior do Louge provido de uma piscina com deck e uma vista maravilhosa de toda cidade, recepção bem organizada e com área de conveniência para compra de pequenos itens mini market. Nossa estadia foi ótima e proprietário super solicito.
Não referente ao Beach Class porque não estávamos de carro, mas a noite a orla não é tão próxima para locomoção a pé, durante o dia é bem tranquilo e final de semana um pouco deserto. Mas no geral a localização do bairro é ótima.

Da estrutura do quarto e também do edifício.
Fiquei decepcionado com a ducha do chuveiro, que estava extremamente suja e enferrujada (ver foto). Tentei limpar e não consegui. Também houve racionamento de água quente no prédio, disponível apenas em duas faixas de horário, pela manhã (05h-10h) e noite (entre 17h~18h-0h).
