Het appartement is ruim en licht en heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken. De inrichting is enigszins gedateerd. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Net iets buiten het centrum, in Kues. Let op: Voor oudere mensen of mensen met fysieke problemen is het appartement niet geschikt. Er is geen lift en het is 33 traptredes lopen naar boven (met je tassen).
De badkamer is klein en de douchecabine is oud en aan vervanging toe. Het zou fijn zijn als er op het balkon schaduw kan worden gecreëerd. Het ligt op het zuiden en dan is het kleine parasolletje aan 1 kant onvoldoende.

De eigenaar wachtte ons op en verwelkomde ons op een vriendelijke manier. Er werd meteen uitgelegd welke bezienswaardigheden er waren en gaf een rondleiding door het appartement. Ook kregen wij de mogelijkheid om onze elektrische fietsen in een afgesloten berging te stallen waarin ook nog de mogelijkheid was om de fietsen op te laden.
