The room smelled very humid. Very dark room. Paper-thin walls: extremely noisy due to parties in the neighborhood.

Great accommodation in an awesome and safe neighborhood.

This was pretty much as advertised--no surprises. It was easy to get to, easy to gain access via the code. The reception area has a nice aesthetic, but I did not encounter anyone there, which was fine with me. The first couple of days were long tours so I had very little time there, but it was nice to come back to. I loved the outside access and wish I had a longer duration at that location to take more advantage of it. If your okay with a very comfortable living situation without luxe accommodations, this is for you. The room was very attractive and homey, had outdoor access and was right in the proximity of so many bars, restaurants, stores on the main road while still being super quiet on this side street. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe at this location. The kitchen area was nice and I would have used it had I been there longer. I liked having that as an option. A big thing for me was effective communication with staff and they even left me a space heater upon request. Would return to this location for sure.

For some people, having to possibly climb up 2 flights of stairs with luggage could be an issue.

Lovely place in the lovely Condesa!

Lovely neighbourhood, safe and close to the centre. I also have to say, that I forgot a couple of items in the room and they very kindly coordinated with me to pick them up. Communication fast and very kind, it was very much appreciated! Would definitely stay again if visiting CDMX. Thanks for a great stay!

A great location in a convenient hotel

Location is fantastic, the place facilities are comfortable and usual, great plus is to be able to do your own laundry at the hotel.

Perfect.location, close to the metro and all the restaurants but in a nice quiet street. Fantastic and super clean facilities (even a washing machine and private terrace), comfortable bed with nice cotton sheets. Check in process managed remotely but really lovely cleaners were on sites to help me as I'd been given the wrong pass code. This is definitely my new preferred place to stay when I visit CDMX.

A very minor thing, but the light behind the bed was too dim to read by so a bedside lamp.would be great.

Perfect for family, loved the simplicity and smart set up with the beds. My children loved the loft bed and the bed you could pull out. I fell in love with this place and the location and for any of my future stays will most likely book with them. The cleaning staff lady we met her and she was so kind and sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!

Dirty place to avoid with disrespectful customer service

I booked a room but when I arrived, the only room they could give me hasn’t been cleaned and still had the dirty laundry from the previous guests. The customer service of the Hotel avoids my messages and refuses to give me back my money

Great neighbourhood but small rooms and ZERO hot water.

Lovely terrace area outside our small room. Neighbourhood is delightful. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Quick reponse to our temperamental toilet.

Upon arrival we used the entry code provided for us and it didn't work. Thankfully there was a lovely cleaning lady who contacted management and got the correct code. Extremely small room and throughout the 3 day stay we had ZERO hot water. We contacted management who said it would be fixed immediately and never was.

Location is really nice, very close to park Mexico and park Spain, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. Rooms keep comfortable temperature even when it's cold or hot outside. The terrace is cozy and it was a pleasure to chill there. Despite the location it's quiet place.

the property is nice and quite convenient as guests are allowed to use the kitchen. it is well located in Condesa, in a safe area.

there was a strong stench in the room when I entered. I opened the windows for a long time but it would still persist. the check in is in fact at 15 and not at 13 as stated in booking - guests only receive the access code to the building at the check in time so you need to plan that carefully.

The perfect base to explore Mexico City with a great price!

We loved the very local and authentic area. Very clean and well organized rooms (we moved once due to extension - one was larger and better). Very proactive and helpful support! A wow for the price benefit ratio. It has two lovely restaurants beside the main entrance. Two parks in the area. Wonderful local restaurants. It needn’t be Roma - it was much more quiet here. The perfect base to explore Mexico City (in combination with taxis and Ubers).

Great location in La Condessa.

Cute little hotel with cute little rooms. Very clean and quiet.

Nobody working there. You can only enter with a passcode, which is sent by email on your day of arrival, but both times we stayed here they didn’t send the code and we only got it after messaging them numerous times. Very frustrating. They don’t respond to messages on Booking.com.

a hidden gems of Condesa

checkin was easy with all instructions given days before checkin and keycode hours before. got the apartment with direct access to courtyard with sun lounges enough for everyone. the property was very tidy and clean as well the apartment. there was communal kitchen with all stuffs you need and bonus is washing machine and dryer to use. location is in beautiful area of Condesa, restaurant everywhere, minutes away from parks. the owner easy to communicate with immediate reply.
