Pleasant experience

Host is very kind and supportive. The Studio kitchen is well equipped for cooking and room is spacious.Well decorated rooms.

The Economy Double Room is extremely small. Can't even open my luggage. No chair inside the room

We got the warmest welcome by Nina, Ana's mom. She was incredibly nice and gave us a good overview of what's around the property. The property is clean, and is perfectly located between beaches. the port, and the old town of Dubrovnik.

A well appointed apartment in a good location with very welcoming & accomodating hosts (Grandma was lovely). Great v

The apartment was well appointed & located with restaurants, pubs etc nearby. Bus stop was right outside. Within walking distance of the old town. We were left a complimentary bottle of some home made liqueur (yummy). A very enjoyable stay.

There was a smell of septic. Perhaps some plumbing needs attending to. Did not detract from a wonderful stay.

Great Stay also for remote workers

As a remote worker I appreciate a good and reliable WiFi, so definitely recommend if you need to do some work while away. The apartment is very clean, modern and fully equipped. The host is very attentive and kind, making sure you have everything you need. If you want to avoid the madness of the Old Town, the location is top notch as is a very short walking distance from a beach, as well as walkable distance from the port (12/20 mins) and Lapad (20/30 min).

Impressive, comfortable and easy to access

It is in the perfect location—right near the bus stop that takes you into Old Town and walking distance from almost everything else! It is a very well-equipped and well-maintained unit with friendly hosts.

Very nice apartment!

We had a lovely stay here :) The host (Ana) is very kind and helpful. This is my third time staying in Dubrovnik and I really enjoyed the location of this apartment. It is also right opposite of a bus stop, which is about a 5 min ride away from Old Town. Just keep in mind that this apartment (the economy room) is not very big, but it did have everything we needed and because of good weather we were mostly on the balcony anyways.

Dubrovnik is great place but crowded and expensive

The location is far from the main centre. However, there is a bus stop just outside the property. It was a quiet neighbourhood and near restaurants/bar and mini market. The lounge was good, but we could not use the TV as it was assigned to another visitor before us. Otherwise all clean and good.

Other than the first night on arriving at the property, we never saw the host, and she did not leave instructions for operating the appliances. The bedroom was fair sized but bit cramped. No air-con in the bedroom, and it was very hot and stuffy. There was no black-out curtains, so light came through. It was a somewhat pricey.

The host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect everything was walkable distance. The facility was clean, comfortable and had a nice little view.

Great location & Comfy Room

We reached the apartment in the morning, the host helped us to keep our luggages as previous guests not yet checked out. She recommended where to have breakfast and attractions to do nearby and then allowed us to check in by 11am. There is a bus stop right in front of our apartment, we can opt to take a bus or walk to old town. The location is great, very easy to explore attractions by foot/bus. The room is very clean and comfortable, we like the balcony facing the garden. We enjoyed our stay there.

Location was a short walk to the old town, there were bars annd restaurants very close by. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need.

There was no parking so you had to park on the main road and it was quite expensive 17.25 Euros per day.

We would like to thank our amazing hosts for our stay. We have never seen such attentive people that went out of their way to help us out and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment was spotless, the beds were super comfortable and the location was excellent with a close proximity to the restaurants, beaches and a walking distance to the old town. We will definitely be back!

Location is great, Bus station is right in front of the hotel, which take 3 minutes to old town. The staff is super friendly and introduces everything you need to know about Dubrovnik. Highly recommended it to everyone!

Nice appartment and really friendly landlord. The room had enough space and everything was clean. The location was 30 minutes walking but it was still close to the city center (you could get an Uber for 5 euros and get home in 5 minutes). It had air-conditioning too.

The bathroom was a bit small and the pipes were smelly after you flush the toilet. We though it was more related to the city than to the appartment itself though.

The Host is super nice and very helpful with everything. The Location of the Apartments is just perfect. We felt like we can go anywhere with a short bus ride. The bus stations for both directions is really in front of the apartment. And the apartments are super clean and also very well equiped with everything you will need. Thoroughly enjoyable

Ideal location just a 25 minute walk to old town and city walls. Lovely spacious apartment with big bedroom good kitchen and powerful shower. Very clean place. The owner Nina is a really lovely woman who brought me in to show me the apartment and all utensils and gave me great information about the area and best places to see, eat and drink. There's also a number of cafés and bakeries within a 5 minute walk. All in all I'm delighted I found this place for my visit to Dubrovnik. I will definitely stay here again when I return. Which I plan to do sooner rather than later 😊
