We were in Byron for my daughter's wedding at the Farm. Foam was the perfect home for her preparations the morning of the wedding. The house was beautiful for photos especially the patio and garden backdrop. The 5 bedrooms 2 lounges were a great size for our family and the excellent location close to everything. The double garage and parking spaces off the road enough for 4 cars was a bonus
It's on the main road it's very busy and noisy. Is a little tricky getting in and out of the driveway requiring a lot of patience

Good location on busy main street, close to beach and shopping areas. Excellent accommodation for larger family groups.
Small but convenient plunge pool. Good shade in hot weather, and patio area for outdoor dining.
No long handled broom or dust pan to keep hard floors clean. No pot cleaners, or dish brush. Poor printed instructions for oven, stove top, and all machinery. Lounge tv not working at all, roof aerial damaged and hanging loose against an outside wall.

Brilliant location, close to the beach. The house was very modern.
The washing machine did not work during our stay. Basic amenities were not fit for purpose or not provided, ie coffee pods did not work for the Nespresso machine and there was no wine opener.
Pool was freezing and the heating was not set to work.
House is also quite noisy as it is located on a main road which made it difficult to sleep at night.
Overall, overpriced accomodation and you would feel more welcome at alternative hosted accomodation options.

It was located close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. The house was a good size, well equipped with quality finishes.
