About this house rental
Beautiful designer vacation apartment with a sunny garden, newly built in Dießen on Lake Ammersee, 60 m2 spread over two floors, 1 bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor, 1 living room, separate kitchen, private garden with a terrace and lounge chairs—just 1 km from the lake. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be booked upon request. For bookings lasting more than one week, this service is provided and paid for on-site.
Since the staircase in the house is an open, designer staircase, the apartment is not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility.
There is a very nice beer garden nearby, several restaurants within walking distance, and bike and hiking trails starting right from the house. The lake is only 1 km away.
With an area of approximately 47 square kilometers, the Ammersee is Bavaria’s third-largest lake—after Lake Chiemsee and Lake Starnberg. It is located about 35 kilometers from Munich and thus serves as a local recreational area for the residents of the state capital. Around the lake, you can pass the time with a variety of regularly scheduled events.

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Gegend, in der man tolle Wanderungen, Radtouren etc unternehmen kann und sich freut abends in eine schöne Wohnung zu kommen. Auch der Ort Dießen bietet eine Menge netter Geschäfte und schöner Restaurants
