Lovely 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms , very clean and lovely little garden to sit in ... modern look and perfect for our visit to a concert at Bellahouston Park as property was only a 4 or 5 minute walk.
To be honest ... there was 4 of us staying there and none of us had anything negative to say about the property.

Nice and clean, very comfy living room area. Property had an en-suite bedroom which wasn’t clear on the listing, it was a major plus during our stay. Good kitchen facilities with a washing machine, freezer, fridge and oven with a gas hob which were all useful for my stay. The back garden area was lovely to sit in. Had tea/coffee, sugar, cooking oil etc so that was much appreciated. The location is great, with a nice Coffee Shop calling Rawlings across the road alongside a fish and chip shop. Morrisons Supermarket just a 10 minute walk along Paisley Road West. Other shops nearby were useful too. There’s a bus stop just a 2 minute walk which was useful for the City Centre.
You could hear every step the upstairs neighbour made, their floors creaked.

Not clean and a few things broken. However, its a nice apartment in a fine location but needs a bit of money spent on the showerroom as the big showerhead dripped all night. Decor was good and fine sized rooms.

2 bedrooms - only needed 1 so plenty of room. Great location for a gig at Bellahouston Park. Good range of local shops etc . Nice area out the back to sit and relax
Apartment needed hoovered when we arrived and very tight shower cabinet. As bedroom had patio doors - there was no window to open which was an issue as it was very warm at night.

The interior, design and space were to an exceptional standard
The television did not have access to terrestrial channels even though there was an internal aerial but nowhere on the TV to plug in. There was also loose cables beside the TV and 3 remotes which indicated that 2 of them were for devices which weren't there.

Beds were super comfy, layout of the apartment was nice. Nice space out in the garden. Location for shops and the ovo hydro is good. WiFi was good.
Cleanliness needs to be improved, disgusting mouldy towels in washing machine, which meant we couldn’t use it as there was mould starting to grow inside the machine, mould growing in the bottom of the bin. Curtains are needed for the bedrooms as property across from the bedrooms has bright lights which light up the room for hours on end so you can’t get to sleep. No heating was turned on when arrived, which meant the apartment was like a ice box. Controller for living/dinning room radiator are broken just keep turning so can’t turn the radiator down it’s either roasting or freezing in the living/dinning room. There is no signal for tv channels, which is a must when you have a child with you.

There was old milk that that was curdled aswell as some open kids drinks in fridge the TV wasn't working and deposit took longer and dates originally told it was released waz different

Our apparent was clean ,tidy and the correspondence with the owner was 1st class
We normally stay in hotels but fancied a change the apartment was perfect will definitely book there again .

The apartment was clean and comfortable great location.
No toilet paper or bin bags in the apartment when we arrived. Had to go out and buy some couldn’t use the freezer as was jammed with ice. Had people at the door about a tv licence. Then had people with letters for court. Was a bit worrying.

We were on ground floor, on 2nd night the 1st floor apartment was rented to someone who was organising some party... about 40 people with loud music till 2am... two toddlers with us scared to what is happening .... called the host who assured it will not go ahead.. by 2am we were all up with feeling of hell.. call the host again who assured again people will be kicked out but the people who rented will stay the night... about 30 people left and rest 10 decided to stay with the 2 who originally rented the place... but no one checked how many were staying still -- the remaining 10 who kept going on for another 2 hours... probably the worse holiday experience of my travelling life so far.
