Good place to stay, just little details to fix

I liked the fact the sheets were clean, the bathroom and everything in general as well. The kitchen and the bathroom worked well. You have everything you need as soon as you get there :) the wifi worked very well as well.

I think maybe it was my mistake, but I thought the place would be bigger and there was going to be a bed in a separate room. There was a sofa-bed instead. In the sofa area there's little service. So, I had to move so I could make phonecalls or send sms. The tv didn't work, but I also didn't contact the host to fix it.

Descent driving distance from Nice and other popular towns in the French Riviera. Very clean room.

Windows at doors could have had screens to prevent bugs to come in. Could have had better curtain at kitchen window.

Great stay at studio cite historique!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an excellent experience! The room was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfy and pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, quiet and close to everything a traveler might need, and just 20 minutes from Nice Airport.There were also some really lovely spots nearby worth checking out. The host was quick to respond and helpful to assist with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again for a future trip!

The only small thing we would have preferred just for a bit of extra comfort, is a regular bed instead of a sofa bed. But overall, everything was great!

Warm, tidy ,very clean, quiet and safe and of course friendly.

The property was very clean, neat and tidy. Kitchen facilities were very good also. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was 90.00 euros cheaper than city residence Nice for the same number of nights (7).

Just simply a kettle when I went to use it had some kind of scale built up on the interior which didn't look too good. So I didn't use it. But this I consider as very minor.

Il y avait absolument tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner, le logement était propre et rangé. L'emplacement est juste génial

Le seul inconvénient du logement est qu'il n'y ait pas de parking gratuit facile d'accès à côté mais il y en a des très bons qui sont payants

Manque un peu de luminosité. Mais doit être agréable l'été quand il fait très chaud.
