スタッフの対応は良かったです。お勧めの居酒屋さんも詳しく教えてくれました。
テーブルの上に小さな蟻が集まっていました。甘いジュースに集っていました。

外国人のスタッフ達の、挨拶、笑顔は好印象で、接遇もキチンと出来ていて、また利用したいと思わせてくれます。
男性スタッフは、もう少しソフトな雰囲気が欲しいです…が、私はどんな天候でも、ホテルからの景色は最高に、気持ちが癒やされます。
宿泊予約する時点で、朝食の有無の選択ができれば良かったかと思います。
前回朝食付きだったが、今回は無し。私のミスですが、カウンターで理由を聞いて、凄く残念でした。

The view is nice. Generally speaking the staff were very friendly. The lobby has a cool retro vibe (or dated depending on if you're a glass half empty or half full kinda person)
There weren't many outlets available to charge devices. The light in the bathroom was dim. The flooring next to the genkan was peeling. I believe the hotel says English friendly, but there was no attempt to speak English or make sure we understood everything in Japanese.
