Avoid the hustle and bustle of the city and recuperate in a quiet neighborhood, while still being very close to downtown Dallas, the airport, and many exciting attractions! The palatial estate is a true gem with tons of unique features and endless options for entertainment. With tons of room, an amazing kitchen and a stunning backyard with a pool, you’re the only thing this home is missing!
The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
You’ll be greeted by the gorgeous exterior with manicured landscaping and a 3-car garage to give you plenty of space to park. Modern and nicely updated with a bit of a cottagey vibe, this home has tons of unique features that truly set it apart.
Towards the front of the home is a stunning dining room, just one of the many spots in this home to enjoy your meals. You also have not one, but two amazing living areas. One living room has a stone fireplace, a cozy vibe, and French doors leading out to the backyard. The second living room opens on to the kitchen and has a foosball table, an even more stunning fireplace, and lots of seating on the cozy furniture.
The bright open kitchen is an absolute dream and you’ll love whipping up some fresh meals in here. It has a wet bar, walk-in pantry, and stainless-steel appliances, including a dual oven. It comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need. You’ll also find a cute breakfast area in the kitchen that looks out to the beautiful backyard.
There are 5 spacious bedrooms that allow plenty of room to comfortably spread out. They are all furnished with awesome furniture, décor, and accessories. The comfy beds are outfitted with lavish linens, perfect for sinking into for a good night’s rest. The master bedroom has direct access to the backyard and the large bonus room above the garage features amazing skylights (please note this bedroom will only be opened for groups of +12 guests). The 3.5 bathrooms are all unique and huge. There are tons of vanities among all the bathrooms so everyone will be able to get ready in the mornings without fighting over the bathroom. In addition, you’ll also have your very own laundry room so don’t worry about running out of outfits for your trip!
The lush private backyard is just as amazing as the rest of the home. Fully fenced in with gorgeous landscaping, there is so much room to lounge both under the covered porch and under the warm Texas sun. There is a grill, a long patio table with seating perfect for outdoor meals, lounge chairs beside the pool, and a relaxing hammock. All of this surrounds the large glittering pool in the center.
*Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request and can only be activated during daytime hours; heating is not permitted at night. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all times. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees.

Your vacation home is in Far North Dallas. Conveniently, you’ll be less than 20 mins to DFW airport and downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Universal Kids Resort - All-new theme park with six immersive themed lands, kid-friendly rides, interactive shows, and more just a 23 min drive away.
In addition to the major attractions, you’ll be just 11 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 20 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. For more fun with the kids, be sure to check out Adventure Landing Dallas (15 minutes away), which features mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and an arcade. You can also pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both around 25 minutes away.

I reserved and fully paid for Dallas Gem 5 bedroom with pool and game room. The reserved property was specifically chosen for what was needed. 10 days prior to the rental the owner reached out stating the property was no longer available....even after full payment was debited. She then gave me 4 other property options and asked my thoughts. I requested she fulfill the reservation where she told me there was other renters that needed the property and keeping my chosen property was not an option. I feel the original property was NEVER an option, only click bait to then move me to another not chosen property but we were on a time crunch and would have lost a lot of already paid fees if I didn't go along with her requests, so I did choose a much lesser property with none of the amenities that was specific to our needs. To say this was a horrible experience is an understatement. The amenities and parking available, which were why I chose the more expensive property, was not available nor other amenities. We made it work but be aware if you are choosing this property, you too will probably be moved last minute to no choice of your own.

Got changed from home originally booked to another location in Garland.
A little out of the way for our weekend agenda.
Home needs some updates but functioned quite nicely.
Needed instructions on keypad entry, more labels on light switches and bathroom products provided. Could use some more kitchen utensils and towels in general.
Did have an odd experience. Found a deceased duck in entry upon arrival home one day. Got in through fireplace and somehow died of exhaustion trying to get out.
Despite all of above, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home.
The response time of our property management was outstanding!!!!

It was great check in process but also when we checked in we had issues with both bathroom frist bathroom by the master bedroom the shower thing was dry rotted and on the second bathroom near the kitchen the whole shower head came off when we turned the water on it was dry rotted everything else was good it was just the bathroom that needed some work to it and the bed up stairs inn the big room it came apart …
