About this campground/ rv resort rental
Nice, clean place to stay for a family, group of friends, or a couple's getaway that is 10 minutes from Patti's 1880's Settlement, several marinas including Green Turtle Bay & Lighthouse Landing as well as both Kentucky Dam & Barkley Dam. Land Between the Lakes is a short 15 minute drive. If fine dining, shopping & entertainment are what you're after, Paducah is about 20 miles away. Fisherman, boaters, and hunters are welcome!! Plenty of parking to accommodate boat trailers. We are 3 miles from I-24.
Pets are more than welcome! However please note that if it’s obvious that pets were allowed on furniture (scratches, excessive dirt, hair, markings) a separate pet damage fee will be assessed. We do ask that all pets be kept in the large fenced in area behind the home when they are outside. We have a large dog who will jump my fence if he sees other animals. While he has played well with other large dogs, I fear he could hurt a smaller dog or cat due to his size and energy!
Smoking is allowed on the property, but not inside. I prefer that you smoke away from the doors so that smoke does not seep in. If you are smoking on the porches, just please make sure the doors are closed.

Very clean. Our host made us feel like we were at home!! The bed in master bedroom is very comfy. The host even brought me a folding table where I could do my work at! We visited the Elk and Bison Prairie and absolutely love it there!! Will definitely be coming back!!

The home was nice and clean. Just the right place for us to stay the night. We loved the fenced back yard so we could let our dog run free for a bit after being stuck in a car all day.We did leave a leash on the front porch. We hope either the owner or a new guest finds it useful.
