The villa nestled in a large quiet garden and yet in the heart of the city offers EVERYTHING nearby without having to take your vehicle (parking 5/6 places in the garden): beaches, port, creeks, ALL shops (ex Carrefour City open until 9 p.m.) and 2 cinemas.
It is spread over 3 levels with a large living room with a grand piano and over-equipped US kitchen (6-burner FALCON GAS cooker and two ovens, very large American fridge etc ...) opening onto a large south-facing terrace and on an indoor swimming pool (which opens onto a small outdoor patio) heated to 30 ° all year round with massage nozzles and lighted fountain. Its vast play area (American billiards, table football, juke box etc ...) its small cinema room and a yoga, zen and dance room will offer you multiple possibilities of relaxation for young and old as well as a SAUNA mixed / HAMMAM and TWO outdoor Jacuzzis (4/5 and 7/8 pl,) a ping-pong table, a small set of boules, etc ...
