About this house rental
Private individual rents single-storey house renovated in June 2021 in a quiet street 600 meters from the sea and 450 meters from the shops.
Nearby tennis court, equestrian center, golf, casino, racecourse, 30m from the U express.....
You can do everything on foot or by bike.
Consisting of 2 bedrooms with new and quality bedding, living room, equipped kitchen, veranda, a bathroom, laundry room.
Enclosed garden of 350 m2 a terrace with garden furniture, armchairs, sofa and coffee table, 2 sunbeds, barbecue, shed. Possibility to park vehicles, small boat.
Equipment: Internet, television, washing machine, iron, bicycles...
Bedding: 1 new bed of 160/200 and 2 beds of 90/190. Possibility of providing a cot for baby.
Optional: cleaning fee 50 euros and/or sheet flat rate 15 euros/bed
Possibility to pick you up and report at Coutances station.
The main attractions of our region:
Mont St Michel, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its crossing of the bay is located an hour from the house (1h15).
Granville with its visit to the old town and its Christian Dior museum 35 minutes away and its pier for the Chausey Islands and the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey)
Coutances to see its cathedral, its botanical garden
You can discover the D-Day landing beaches 45 minutes away on the coast of Calvados.
Cherbourg to see the Cité de la Mer
North Cotentin, the Chemin des Douaniers, the Wild Coast, Jacques Prévert's House in Omonville la Petite and the Nez de Saint-Lô less than 45 minutes away

The house was very roomy and comfortable and so conveniently located. Just a 10 minute walk to the town and beach. We were lucky with fine weather and enjoyed being outside in the pretty garden. Every facility was available with the use of cycles an unexpected pleasure. Off street parking is a bonus. Beautifully styled property which we would not hesitate to recommend. Will definitely stay again. Thank you to our hosts

Jolie maison, mention spéciale à la petite véranda et au jardin clos bien exposé. Belle déco, tout le nécessaire et vélos à dispo. Le centre à 5 min à pied avec la plage, la promenade de la digue et la Sucette Chaude pour les pauses gourmandes! A 2 pas d'un lac avec canards et jeux pour enfants et du centre équestre pour la grande joie de notre fille de 4 ans. Belle découverte de la région.
