About this apartment rental
The marina is located in the condominium of the presqu ile d ulysse, in front of the harbour master's office and the exit of the port; 7 min walk from the south beach and the shops.
It is a duplex located on the second floor, facing south with direct access to its pier.
It has a large sunny terrace, ideal for sunbathing and meals.
The American kitchen (microwave oven, traditional, dishwasher and washing machine, freezer ...) opens onto the living room (leather sofa, flat screen, Moroccan carpets ...). Very nice view on the port and the sea.
On the first floor, there is a bathroom and separate toilet, as well as two bedrooms that share a large balcony: a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and a children's bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed.
The marina is about 70 square meters and has an individual covered and secured parking.
The rental does not include linen, nor the mooring.

Appartement avec vue magnifique sur la Marina, proche toutes commodités , et des plages. Le tout à 5 minutes à pieds comme stipulé dans l’annonce.
La propriétaire est très arrangeante sur les horaires.
Manquerait juste la Clim pour mieux dormir.

Nous avons été ravi de séjourner dans cette Marina. Accueil du propriétaire très agréable et arrangeant. Seul tout petit bémol avec une chambre dont la fenêtre n'est plus très "filtrante" en terme de bruit extérieur et des escaliers nombreux pour lesquels il n'y avait pas de barrière pour la sécurité des enfants... notre fille de 2ans a appris à gérer cette zone un peu délicate mais si elle avait été plus petite, cela aurait été compliqué. Prévoir donc de quoi sécuriser si vous avez des petits bouts de chou!

Appartement sympa sur la Marina.
Belle situation au calme à 15 minutes de la plage à pied et à 8 km du centre ville.
