La ubicación es excelente , cerca del centro histórico y Patio Olmos, además es muy sencillo el acceso ingresando desde Rosario. Supermercados y pastelerías cercanas de excelente calidad. La predisposición de Agustín quién nos cambió el TV por uno Smart para conectarnos con aplicaciones y Alejo que nos esperó con el dpto calefaccionado (excelente calefacción con radiadores) y respondiendo rápidamente a nuestros requerimientos.
La cochera tiene una rampa que dificulta el ingreso de camionetas, no obstante los anfitriones nos dieron otras opciones. No contaban con bolsas de residuos para cambiar, como tampoco rollos de cocina o servilletas de papel y los baños escaso jabón y champú y sólo una toalla para manos. Todo solucionable.
