Chez Eaux de Vie - Beautiful newly converted barn for 6 - overlooking vineyards!

Welcome to Chez Eaux de Vie situated very close to Pons, in the Charente Maritime region of south-west France. These 2 spacious gites; One gite with 2 double bedrooms each with their own bathroom plus a separate, attached gite with 1 double bedroom are perfect for a family traveling with grandparents or 3 couples (6 people in total). The gites are located in a rural setting overlooking vineyards & sunflowers are the perfect place to unwind and relax. Set on the grounds of a maison de maître, with panoramic views and on the edge of a small traditional viticulturist commune, the little hamlet of Avy is lit up at night from the balcony & patio.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is made up as 2 attached gites; one for 4 people and one for 2 people. Please note that each gite must have at least 1 responsible adult staying (minimum age 21yrs). It is also possible to rent the gites separately- so get in touch for a reduced rate.

There are many amenities/restaurants/bars/cafes just a short drive away which we’re happy to book on your behalf.

Solar heated pool - shared with hosts (which we use 1-2 hrs from early evening only) - Open mid-May through to mid-October (weather allowing), and cleaned every morning for you by us.
