The apartment itself was very nice, clean and attractively decorated. There were plenty of facilities and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The people from the apartment welcomed us and introduced us to the host, which initially gave us a positive impression.

The stay actually started positively. The people managing the apartment were friendly and gave us the host’s phone number in case we needed anything. Unfortunately, communication with the host herself was very short and distant from the beginning. When confusion about the location caused Google Maps to send us to the wrong place, leaving us 1 hour and 33 minutes away, we tried to explain the situation and communicate openly. At that moment, however, we received very little response, help or empathy. What was especially disappointing was the contrast afterwards. Once we had left, communication suddenly became much more extensive. We received a long and harsh voice message with several complaints, were told that the accommodation had supposedly never been left in such a condition before, and that a report would be made. We fully acknowledge that we did not leave everything absolutely perfect, but we did leave the apartment reasonably tidy. The tone and severity of the response felt completely disproportionate to us. It was particularly upsetting that there seemed to be much more time and energy available for criticism afterwards than there had been for helping or communicating with us when we were actually experiencing a problem during the stay. Our 10-year-old child also heard the voice message and was genuinely hurt and upset by the way we were spoken to. That made the situation even more unpleasant. I have been a loyal Booking.com customer for many years and have never experienced communication like this before. This is especially unfortunate because we genuinely liked the apartment itself and the stay had started well. Sadly, the way we were treated afterwards completely changed that feeling and left all of us with a very unpleasant aftertaste.

Ho apprezzato molto l’accoglienza della struttura, l’appartamento era molto curato e pulito. La vita e la struttura molto bella.

Purtroppo il check-in non è stato semplice. La signora non parlava inglese e comprenderci non è stato semplice.

Ruim, compleet en schoon appartement.

Bovenste balkon kon niet worden gebruikt vanwege een wespennest. Hierdoor kon de deur ook niet open om wat verkoeling te krijgen. Er was er dan best warm, maar buiten was het dan ook 28 graden.
