Sehr große, saubere Ferienwohnung, nicht weit zum Wasser, Küche ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, schöne, ruhige Terrasse.

Ein kleines Haus, sehr gemütlich, sauber, ruhig gelegen und praktisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und einfach super gelegen, um auf den umliegenden Seen zu paddeln. Viel Platz um Auto, Boote und Fahrräder abzustellen.
Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Heizung schon etwas eher eingeschaltet gewesen wäre. So war es leider am ersten Abend sehr kühl.

I stayed for 2 weeks.
The host offers a few apartments on the same property. The one I booked was a newly built detached house. The house was very convenient and comfortable to live in, everything was new. I can find everything I need to cook in the kitchen, the bathroom was spacious, hot water comes out immediately when turned on for shower, the decoration was modern. The living room is on the 2nd floor, very quiet and has windows opening to two directions. There is a slope on the ceiling but it was totally ok. The couches and chairs in the living room was also very comfortable.
There is a large garden in front of the house. Private parking is easy and has lots of spaces. For unpacking, one can drive the car to the door front of the house as well.
The location is fabulous, walking distance to lakes. Carrying a standing-boat from the room to the lake is very easy. There are restaurants and grocery stores in the town, and 2 Netto in c.a. 7-8 km.
The internet also works. I use Telekom, and it could catch 2 bars of LTE signal stably on the 2nd floor, and also 1-2 bars on the first floor. I stayed for remote working, and I can do all day long google meetings with my laptop with no problem.
Last but definitely not the least, the host was very, very nice and always ready to help. I find staying with them to be very very happy and is a big part of my pleasant experience. So far, it had been my most pleasant stay on Bookings.
I will definitely return to this one, and I would like to recommend this holiday home to others.

Kamin durfte nicht benutzt werden, obwohl er in der Beschreibung angepriesen wurde. Auf die Frage hin, warum er beschrieben wurde kam trocken "weil er da ist". "Wir haben Heizungen" wurde kühl zu verstehen gegeben. Diese waren kühl bis lauwarm. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, aber das genannte inkl. Kommunikation war schon ein herber Dämpfer.
