About this house rental
4 bedrooms plus den (with pop-up sofa and locking barn door).
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and one bedroom and bathroom downstairs. 3.5 bathrooms total, newly remodeled home featuring a gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceiling, and updated interior.
2 flat-screen smart TVs in both sitting areas.
Heated in-ground pool with salt water system (open May 15- Oct 1 ), 8-person hot tub (open year-round). Enjoy the fire pit beneath towering 120' poplar trees. Unlimited firewood provided. All soaps, paper products, and kitchen essentials (such as salt and pepper) are stocked for use.
*All bedrooms require climbing stairs. Only 1/2 bath on the main level.
**Pool is heated to around 82*
***We have a pool cover, but please don't book expecting this amenity because it is too difficult for us as hosts to manage the stress of safety concerns for young families if/when the pool cover breaks.
****Maximum guest count is 12 people, regardless of age and parking for 6 cars.
*****We are the sole owners and manage this property ourselves, and it is the only property we manage. Our family vacations here when it is not rented, so you will have the feeling of staying at a friend’s home with extra effort taken to make things comfortable and easy.

When we pulled up to the house our kids said—this house looks small—but once you enter the front door you realize looks are deceiving 😊 Great house, great communication and great location! The short hike to the beach is a nice feature and the backyard was enjoyed by all! Our party of 9 felt like we had plenty of space to spread out. House was very clean and had everything you need for a beach vacation. Wonderful 5 days spent making memories in MI.

This home is incredible - beautifully decorated, has all the amenities you would possibly need, killer location and the hosts were wonderful. We stayed here over the NYE weekend, 3 couples all with small children (4 kids under 2yrs old). This home was perfect for this - LOTS of room, two living spaces on the main floor (so you could turn one into a kids play area if you want!) and the kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need for cooking. There are also several kids items (highchairs, books, pack and play, games/toys etc) so we felt we were in a very kid friendly space. That being said it was also perfect for adults - the hot tub was amazing, the sauna out back was wonderful and the fire pit was a perfect spot for late night hang outs. Also walking distance to the beach and a 2 second drive to the dunes state park (next street over). Mona and Paul were incredibly responsive if we needed anything (had a question about getting the cable to work, but was resolved quickly!) and were so easygoing and had so many recommendations on things to do/places to eat and drink. I would absolutely stay here again.

House is too good to be true - featuring open floor plan, pool, hot tub and fire pit. Clean, modern, easy check in and communication with owners. Highly recommend!
