About this house rental
House of 50m2 renovated in a quiet residence, facing the Bay of Cayola, 6kms south of Les Sables d'Olonne. All comfort for 4/5 people (2 bedrooms and a mezzanine, Courtyard 10m2, Private terrace 25m2), In the residence: Swimming pool, Tennis, Table tennis, Petanque, volleyball and Badminton court (equipment available)
On the first floor:
Bedroom with 1 bed of 140, a shower room, separate toilet,
Living room: with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, coffee maker with filters, 92L capacity fridge, 15L freezer compartment, hob.
Courtyard and Patio: well sheltered from the offshore wind, 25 m2: dining table, and 2 deckchairs and 2 deckchairs.
The courtyard allows you to eat outside even if the weather is capricious.
On the first floor:
Bedroom with 2 beds of 90 that can form a bed of 180
Mezzanine: TV lounge, sofas (convertible into 1 bed of 90)
Free WIFI in the accommodation.
Large barbecue shared by the residents
Free parking in the residence. It is closed and accessible
only to residents.
A "Blue Book" is at your disposal in which you will find all the necessary information describing the activities, the practical points of the residence and its surroundings.
Possibility of bed linen and towels with an extra charge to be expected: 20€ per person for each bed and 10€ for towels per person
5 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, Port Bourgenay, the beach of Veillon where you will find Surf, Kitesurfing, Paddle, boat rental ...
A cycle path runs along the entire coast (bike rental 5 minutes away by car)

Le logement est situé dans une résidence calme au bord de l'océan. Il est très bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui sont aux petits soins.

Dans l'ensemble très agréable séjour, le studio cabine est bien équipé (c'est vraiment complet, lave vaisselle, vélos, ... ), bon emplacement dans la baie de Cayola (on entend et on peut sentir l'océan), piscine , voisins agréables , activités, restaurants sur les Sables d'Olonne, c'est le TOP, nous dans cette période de début août 2021 la seule chose qui nous a manqué, c'est la chaleur et le ☀️ soleil. Piscine à 20 - 21 °. Mais quand même on recommande, c'est une bonne destination pour passer de bon moments.

La maison est très propre et tout y est soigné tout en étant très pratique. La météo était de notre côté et nous a permis de découvrir la région, aidés par le petit guide personnel écrit par Geneviève, et de profiter de la piscine.
