ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
This spacious Provençal villa sleeps 10–12 people in 6 bedrooms—4 in the main villa and 2 in separate annexes on the property. The annexes are right next to the pool and about 40 meters from the main house. The main house features the master bedroom with a king-size bed, plus 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms: 1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub and shower. The studios in the annexes each include a double bed, a separate kitchenette, and a bathroom. The main villa features an eat-in kitchen, a living area, and an outdoor dining area just off the kitchen, along with an outdoor BBQ by the pool. There is an outdoor lounge area and ample parking, plus a beautiful, large (16 x 10m) swimming pool.
THINGS TO KNOW
Minimum stay: 7 days. Please note that while the house is baby-friendly and includes a crib, there is no high chair and no stair gates. The pool is not fenced or heated, and some bedrooms open directly onto the garden; for this reason, we recommend this property for families with babies who are not yet crawling or children over the age of 6. Non-swimmers will require close supervision. A rental car is essential for this location. The main house has 4 bedrooms, and there are 2 annexes on the property, each with an additional bedroom and a separate kitchen.
WHY KIDS LOVE IT
The house is well-suited for a family stay, with plenty of outdoor space, garden toys, a ping-pong table, a trampoline, and a basketball hoop. Bicycles and rollerblades are all available to keep kids busy and having fun. Plenty of toys and books are provided indoors as well. One bedroom is particularly well-suited for kids and has two twin beds; a crib is also available. Teens may appreciate the privacy of the annex rooms in the garden. There are various activities for kids to enjoy over the summer in the region, ranging from sailing and scuba diving courses around the Lérins Islands to mountain climbing, hiking, and biking in Gréolière or Bar-sur-Loup. Water sports are available in Juan-les-Pins, which is also home to the nearest beach (20–30 minutes away), and there are various events in Cannes and Nice throughout the summer.

The residence is in Valbonne, an ancient village on the Côte d’Azur with a large English-speaking population. It blends 16th-century charm with a modern town atmosphere, and the house is a 25- to 30-minute walk from the village. The Provençal villages of Biot, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Mougins, and Eze are all easily accessible for day trips. Cannes is both lively and child-friendly. The house is close to markets, restaurants, and shops, and is a 20-minute drive from Nice Airport.
