La Poudreuse is a magnificent 94 m² duplex apartment, entirely renovated in 2020, located in the heart of the Val d'Arly, a village resort with a small mountain village feel, which has a real lively and exciting village centre where mountain dwellers and visitors mix with pleasure.
Ideal for a stay in summer as well as in winter, you will enjoy a spacious living room, a modern and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the mountain. Private garage. Sheets and towels at extra cost.

Ground floor:
- Bright living area thanks to its beautiful openings including a large bay window giving access to the balcony, furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, sideboard and flat screen TV.
- Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, Senseo coffee machine, raclette machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Master bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), small table and 2 seats.
- Modern bathroom with bath and washing machine.
On the upper floor:
- Room 2 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a single bed and 2 chairs and storage space.

But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!
In summer, come and enjoy the beach at the Flumet lake for a swim, go on a trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, come and fill up on fresh local produce directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon!
