Location is near the train/bus station, 10 minutes walk, bus station is near which takes to Piazza Roma ( bus 6L) shower gels, shampoo and toilet paper in bathroom, instant coffee in a kitchen and kettle to use
It was cold inside a room, radiators were not heating, light covers on a bed, no microwave, no option to heat food, just a kettle to use. Weak google maps directions, we got lost twice, but this is not an object fault, just an info for future bookers. The location is near the gas station but before Lidl ( opposite of what direction shows). No receive for city tax, just a cash given without proof.

Everything was great! I guess they just changed the building and everything. That is why their reviews are bad. I was afraid but it turned out so good ! The location is good. There is a bus called 6/6L to the venice center. It takes just like 20 minutes. There are cafes,bars supermarkets around. I booked single room. Evrything was clean.

Price and proximity to Venise and basic stores.
Missing sheets, some parts of the establishment (including the bathroom and the kitchen) were not clean, the towel warmer even had some rust on it. The rooms had a musty smell and are poorly equipped and that's without mentioning the decoration.
Good for the price but definitely should level up their game because it could be much more welcoming.
