Elenitas beach house in Ornos

We had a lovely stay overall. Elenita and her husband Gianni were wonderful hosts. Elenita kindly allowed us to check in early since we arrived ahead of schedule and it was raining, which we really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location was also a big plus, with beaches nearby and a 24-hour bakery close by, which was very convenient.

The only small suggestion I’d make is that a few more mugs and cereal bowls would be helpful. Aside from that, everything was great.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Ardita who looks after the property is such a friendly lovely happy lady with the biggest smile!! She was very helpful and was kind enough to collect us from the port. The apartment was cleaned and fresh bedding and towels provided half way through our weeks stay. The location is, in my opinion amazing! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and the views are amazing. There is a great selection of lovely restaurants where you could eat or just have a drink and the music was really nice at each one. Ornos is the less windy part of Mykonos and quieter which suited us. You could rent sunbeds infront of the restaurants and its a great beach. 2 Beds and a brolly were 30 to 40 euros and im sure during high season will be more expensive. There is an area where you can take your own chair or lay on your towel. The bus stop to Mykonos Town is closeby and the bus takes approx 10 to 15 mins, we walked there along the coast road but there is no foot path so we didnt want to walk back in the dark. We took a beach hop boat to a few different beaches but tbh we just loved Ornos beach. ❤️ It was We also took the bus to "The Hippy Fish" in Agios Loannis which is where parts of "Shirley Valentine" were filmed. Its a really lovely bar restaurant and only about 5 mins by bus. There are a couple of supermarkets close by and a bakers. Loved it!!!!!

Expensive to eat and drink and rent sunbeds.

Great location. Fantastic apartment that was close to the beach and all amenities. Super host Ardita was terrific with her recommendations and connections during our stay in Mykonos. Would definitely stay again.
