The apartment itself is very nice, clean and well kept.
Might benefit from some maintenance but apart from the blinds, everything worked OK.
The location is excellent, just at the lovely promenade and beach.
The pool is great, clean and with decent number of sunbeds.
Nice restaurants nearby with great variety of meals with reasonable pricing.
The lady at the building office is very unpleasant and rude - to everyone but especially to anyone not speaking Italian.
The building itself definitely needs some upgrade and refurbishment.
Struggle with parking spaces, if possible, it's better to arrive with a smaller car.

Sehr hut gefallen, komfortabel und sehr schönes Panorama
Im Badezimmer fließt das Wasser in der Dusche nur langsam ab, und der Abluftventilator zieht nicht besonders gut. Ansonsten wurde aber vieles in der Wohnung renoviert- es gibt hetzt einen Grill, Mikrowelle, neue Fenster und eine neue Fassade. Es ist wirklich schön geworden.

Kommunikation via WhatsApp war hervorragend - alle Informationen für die Schlüsselübergabe waren perfekt und wir konnten absolut problemlos unser Appartement übernehmen.

The location of the apartment.
-Both rooms have air conditioner.
-There are towels in the bathroom and hairdryer.
-Parking included.
I wish there were more hooks.
-Chandelier.
-The pan has an impregnated smell.
