WePuglia - Sunflower House

The apartment is spacious, nicely organized and about 25 minutes away from the city center on foot, less than 10 by car. I could always find a parking spot in front of the apartment or on the street, no payment needed. It has a bit of a garden, but we didn't really spend time in - nice to know you have the option though. The apartment is also just 3-4 minutes away from a MD supermarket on foot, and it's opened even on Sundays, which is great! Also, the neighborhood seems safe and chill. You can find some beaches close by (even walkable distance), but I would recommend the Paradise Beach (about 12 minutes by car).

The apartment was not very clean - especially the floors. You have the option to clean, but the vaccum was even more dirty so we just used a broom. There was no mop so... The apartment could use an expresso machine, not just the old used Moka Pot, which is leaking and is a bit burnt. The bunk beds could use an upgrade with the mattresses, especially the one below. Also, the couch in the living/dining should be thoroughly cleaned. One big issue was that we didn't know the doors lock automatically and you need a key to get back in - we locked ourselves on the outside once and were lucky enough that somebody was still inside and opened the door. Otherwise we would have been blocked in the garden until somebody from the company could come. Lastly, the walls are really thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms and even the apartments. The people (lady) who lives or stayed above was really REALLY loud. But if the cleanliness and mattresses were better, we'd probably stay here again.

The location was pretty good with several supermarkets close by, and about 10 to 15 minutes walking from the train station. Our host from WePuglia was also very friendly and responsive. She even arranged a taxi for us when needed. The house itself has good and clean facilities, is quite new and spacious.

The area in which the house resides still had several houses under construction, which woke us up on some mornings when we were there. Additionally, we battled some ants in the house during our stay, which we also reported to WePuglia, and they will work on resolving the issue within the house, and offered us a temporary short term solution during our stay.
