Hosting three bedrooms including a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with an electric stove, and a conservatory. Outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and a garden with a lawn and gravelled area. 11 Girvan Road is a fantastic retreat for a family holiday to Scotland. Please note: A travel cot and a highchair are provided. Garden not enclosed – vehicle access gate open. Step in level of approx 0.6m between grass and stone chippings. Low front wall onto a main road. Please note: the responsibility of holiday maker to supervise children/pets at all times.
