About this house rental
Come and relax at the perfect family holiday home, luxuriously finished and fitted, it was crafted to provide a superior lifestyle for a family. Living and entertaining, indoors and outside, is so easy here. Offering a complete focus on leisure which incorporates vast living areas and scenic outlooks.
The 5 bedrooms plus study, 3 bathrooms and 3 separate living areas, sleeps 9 and includes an open-plan kitchen living area that overlooks the solar-heated inground pool, while the back family room looks out over the championship modgrass tennis court. The beautifully styled front sitting room has an open fire place and lush velvet couches to relax with a beverage at the days end.
From the living room, library and family room, french doors open to the undercover outdoor entertaining area with a glorious outlook over the pool and tree-lined surrounds.
The home comfortably accommodates 9 people.
The opulent parents retreat includes a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite with spa bath, shower, double basin and toilet, plus BIR and full privacy from the plantation shutters. Down the hallway overlooking the pool area is a second bedroom with double bed. The bedroom wing off the main living area includes 3 bedrooms and family bathroom with bath. Guest bedroom includes a double bed, kids bedroom 1 includes a raised single bed and kids bedroom 2 includes a king single and single trundle.
There is a separate study overlooking the pool with double desk and a reading library also overlooking the pool with day bed and desk space.
It's a 4-minute drive to local beaches - Davey's Bay, Canadian Bay or Moondah Beach.
Beautiful nature walks are 300m from your doorstep with the Moorooduc Quarry Flora and Fauna Reserve plus the picturesque Kackeraboite Creek walking trails, known only to locals.
The Mornington Peninsula wineries are within a 30-minute drive for a delightful day trip and you are spoilt for choice with local Mt Eliza and Mornington restaurants or fish n' chips on the beach.
There's plenty to do from swimming, tennis, table tennis, bike rides or for a cosy night in, TV's in the family room and living room have Netflix and Disney channel for your viewing pleasure.

Shelley was an excellent host - there was a problem with the pool on arrival - she sorted this out as quickly and efficiently as possible - she also offered us a refund for the days it took to correct. The property and facilities were as advertised

We had a great stay at this large property. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy. We loved playing tennis every morning.

Our family had a wonderful Christmas / New Year break at this house. It is in a great location and is very spacious and stylishly decorated. The house had everything we needed (and more) for a great holiday. The kids especially loved the pool, trampoline and table tennis as well as the tennis court. The beautiful fresh flowers all around the house when we arrived were a lovely touch. Shelley was very responsive when we had a couple of minor questions. We would love to stay again when visiting from WA.

Had a wonderful week with the family. Very comfortable place to meet up and feel truly relaxed - house was the best combination of easy to live in and well appointed. I am a really warm water baby but the pool was much used by the children and other adults. Tennis courts were fun. Shelley was great at responding to queries and difficulties- thoroughly recommend.
