A Villa to call it yours! All you need in one place. Make memories last a lifetime in our luxurious 6 bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms home (sleeps 12) at Orlando's premier vacation community. Nice pool. Games for fun. All rooms have a smart TV. Nice full kitchen for those who misses home cooked meals. Close to all the parks (5 min to Disney, 20 min to Universal,15 min to Sea World), shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Pool table and arcade available. Enjoy your private pool after a long day.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street. No street parking allowed. The garage is not available for parking. This House does not feature a movie room.
** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)
**PET POLICY PET FEE OF $150 per pet. Only small dogs under 40 pounds allowed. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

The property itself is fine and did the job for what we needed it. The most outstanding part of our stay was the customer service provided by the property management. We had a death in the family the week of our visit and within three hours of notifying the property management they had adjusted our timeframe and put us in another place in order to accommodate our stay. I’ve stayed other places before, but this is the best communication and customer service I’ve ever had.

We really enjoyed our stay.The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. When we had a question we got a very quick response.My family and I really enjoyed our self.

The carpet and chairs were dirty. There was a cut in the chair. The towels and covers were dirty covered with sheets. The rags and towels had lent on them. The pool had no lights. The internet went down for three days. Wasn't happy at all with my stay.
