The place is super quiet. The apartment is super clean and complete. The owners are very nice and friendly and answers right away. The Bed is comfortable and we had a good sleep. Parking is available just in front of the property.

Very interesting destination, near Bodensee, Rhein falls, castles, historical towns, etc. We used Bodensee card West to free travel with bus and train. Wheather was perfect, as same as owner this appartement. :-) Thank´s, Esther and her husband.

Comfortable, convenient and clean

The flat was nice: very well furnished with all the basics for a convenient and comfortable stay. It also has a cool and clean outdoor area. There is a designated private parking space right in front of the house.

This does not include all taxes, one has to pay the visitor's tax upon arrival.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr freundliche Gastgebern. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation via Whatsapp. Die Wohnung ist ein Souterrain, trotzdem erhält Vormittags gute Sonnenlicht. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlt nichts. Zur Wohnung gehört einen kleinen Garten. Für unsere kleine Familie einfach perfekt. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei der Familie Siegel und auf bald wiedersehen.

Einfach nur perfekt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Frau Siegel! Alles war vorhanden, was wir benötigten, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war top, und es fehlte an nichts. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage war perfekt und bot uns die Möglichkeit, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank!

Perfekte und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war viel besser als Zuhause. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen, man kann viele Ausflüge machen. Der Parkplatz ist gut, man kann auch Fahrräder unterstellen. Hier ist alles perfekt. :-) Ich konnte auch sehr gut schlafen.

Ideale uitvalsbasis.

Het appartement was ruim voor twee personen. We konden onze kleren en andere zaken goed kwijt. Ook zitten op het terras was fijn. Vanuit Singen konden we gemakkelijk verschillende toplocaties bezoeken. Bonus was ook het treinabonnement dat ons toeliet om naar Konstanz te gaan.

Het appartement is in de kelderverdieping. Dat maakt het koel op hete dagen (zoals wij gekend hebben), maar beperkt natuurlijk het zicht.

Wir wurden hier ganz herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und angenehm kühl. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles prima, keine Kritikpunkte.

Mir gefiel alles sehr gut. Das hat mich besonders positiv überrascht: Motorradfahrer willkommen. Und trotz Außentemperaturen über 30°C ist die Wohnung immer noch angenehm kühl.

Einzige SUBJEKTIVE Kritik: Mir war die Matratze etwas zu weich. Aber das mag ja jeder anders, das ist mir durchaus bewusst. Deshalb hier auch kein unfairer Punkteabzug.

Herzlichen Dank für unseren Aufenthalt bei Euch.

Wenn man absolute Zufriedenheit steigern kann, dann nehme ich diese Steigerung. Es fängt mit der Ankunft an - man wird empfangen wie ein guter Freund. Und das nicht überschwänglich sondern äusserst wertgeschätzt. Parkplatz in der Auffahrt. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung - top. Die Unterbringung der Fahrräder - in der Garage. Mit Stromanschluss für die Akkus. und automatischem Toröffner. Zwei Sitzmöglichkeiten (Sonne/Schatten) im "eigenen Garten". Die (Souterrain)Wohnung - sehr modern und geschmacklich liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Mehr als Platz genug für Zwei - auch vom Mobiliar. Das (Boxspring)Bett -perfekt in Größe und Matratzenhärte. Die Regendusche- ein Traum. Die Lage am Rande von Singen ist perfekt. Perfekt für Fahrten in die Umgebung und dicht genug fürs Einkaufen und andere Aktivitäten in Singen. Ob mit Auto oder Rad (unseren präferierten Fahrzeugen). Und dann erst die Gastgeber. Absolut, und äusserts ungewöhnlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Menschen der besonderen Extra-Klasse, die man nicht beschreiben kann, sondern erlebt haben muss. Danke Esther und Alex. Es war eine besondere Freude Euch kennen lernen zu dürfen.

Was hat uns nicht gefallen? Das wir abreisen mussten, weil unsere Zeit in Singen leider vorbei war. Wir kommen wieder. Versprochen!

Schöne Souterrain-Wohnung am Stadtrand

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 - 3 Personen. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein PKW-Stellplatz unmittelbar vor der Wohnung steht zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und bekommt entsprechend nicht sehr viel Tageslicht ab. Wer nur zum Übernachten kommt, den wird das nicht stören. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, was ein Vor- oder Nachteil sein kann.
