The location is perfect for kitesurfers (assuming you have a car). Easy to get to Valdevaqueros and Punta Paloma beaches ... 5 minutes by car The hotel has 2 washing machines guests can use for free, which is ideal when you are in and out of the sea the whole day. We had a lovely balcony with table and chairs. Balcony was ideal to leave my kitesurf equipment to dry, and it also had a good sea view to spot other kites Driving from hotel to Tarifa old town is about 15 minutes The pool is great and the hotel is in good condition ... our room was very tastefully decorated with wallpaper my wife loved. There is ample free easy access parking

The wind is strong and makes banging/slapping noises almost like something is loose on the roof or rubbish bins falling over. Happens regularly throughout the night There is no kettle or microwave in the rooms, so my wife could not make tea the way she likes it

The flat was clean and comfortable. Aleksandra is too kind and helpful. Everythink was very nice.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is beautiful decorated, a new renovated traditional house. Alexandra, the owner is a very nice person! She even provided us with all we needed for breakfast and helped us with everything. The old traditional village of Vessa is superb!
