Clean rooms, our housekeeper/cleaning staff was super efficient and considerate! <3 The rooms had beautiful interior design, and the apartment was well equipped. Lovely pool area, very instagrammable, location was great (close to the main road but still tucked away from the noise and dust). Staff usually responded within minutes if there were any issues or questions, excellent customer service.
The parking lot was small and driving to the property was a bit difficult, narrow and steep road to the house. The bedroom had a bit of a moldy smell, and I noticed it on my clothes after we left. :( On our last day, the pool was not in use, and shower water was disconnected for a short period, which was a bit inconvenient. In response, the staff offered a credit for our next stay in Nala, which was nice.

Great design, new place
- Access possible only with 4WD, the road was extremely poorly maintained and muddy, dangerous for the car, quite frustrating that they don’t take care of it,
- Despite the fact it’s a new place, we were highly negatively surprised by the moldy smell in the room,
- Noise at night (plumbing or other installation), they do provide you ear plugs but it’s not enjoyable to sleep with those if you’re not used to it
