It was tranquil and lovely ,lovely hotel place is beautiful

Probably the fact the taxi to and fro were very expensive

Very friendly staff. Lovely well appointed room that we were able to access around midday on arrival. Lovely salt water pool with enough sun beds for every room. Great ambience in the restaurant. Nice food although probably trying too hard to serve fancy food. Nicely cooked and tasty though. Great service. Definitely recommend.

As the hotel is fairly isolated we needed a taxi to get from the airport. No problem with this at all but had to haggle at the airport to reduce the price as the driver wanted as much as the set rate for central Rome.

Was a nice surprise to the end of our trip. Felt like we were in Bali. We were on the go for 5 weeks, the last 10 days in a heatwave. Arriving to this Oasis was a relief the pool, the beautful room, the boutique atmosphere, the food farm table and not having to go anywhwere. HIghly recommend staying here if you are flying out the next day from Rome it was only 20 minutes from the airport. I could of stayed 2 nights - so much better than an airport hotel with no real connection

I loved that there were only 8 guest rooms and Children free - however there was a bit of a moment on check in where a family arrived. Whilst the Child was no problem, the whole point was that is was Adults only. I work in early childhood and there are times where i sont want to be with children. the hotel should of stood by there terms and conditions which were outlined very clearly in the booking

The property was beautifully designed, with lovely outdoor furniture, plants, etc. The pools were really nice and the garden round the back was also so lovely and tranquil. The food we ate at the restaurant was tasty and we also liked the breakfasts.

We felt the service was quite lacking. We didn’t get much info when we arrived (it would’ve been helpful to know the basics e.g. when breakfast was / how it worked, how to book in for dinner if we wanted to, what food they offered at lunch time, how to get around if we wanted to leave the hotel, etc.). Additionally, it was rare that any of the staff would come over and ask if we wanted refreshments whilst we were sat by the pool, which seems very unusual and meant we were having to get up and find someone to ask. This is fine, but it was often the case that no staff were really around so it was difficult to find someone. Similarly, when we had issues with the room (key card stopped working multiple times + light switch broke), we often found there was no one manning reception (despite being within the claimed opening hours). Again, this meant either having to wait around until someone came back or walking round the hotel trying to find an employee. The room itself was nice, but we were surprised that there was no wardrobe/drawers despite booking one of the garden rooms. This meant we had to live out of our suitcases. There were also 2 cigarette butts in our garden area which were not ours (we don’t smoke). Finally, it was a shame that the restaurant wasn’t a bit more flexible with catering towards vegetarians. There were only a couple of vegetarian main dishes on the menu, so I was rather limited in what I could eat. Most restaurants would typically offer to make something up, even if very simple. We didn’t get that here.
