Vše skvělé - personál, výhled, bazén, výborné jídlo i útulné pokoje. Pokud chcete nasát pravou atmosféru Toskánska, je to to pravé místo. Absolvovali jsme i kurz vaření a jsme nadšení. Všem moc děkujeme a určitě se někdy rádi vrátíme!
Že jsme museli jet zase domů :)

The location is absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views from everywhere. Specifically standing out are the views from the terrace and from the pool. The pool was great for our toddler as well, as he could play from the stairs/jacuzzi area. The room was spacious enough for the baby's bed. We got a 2-bedroom room, which was a great bonus for us, as we used it while our toddler slept.
We needed the bedroom to be dark, as our toddler still naps in the afternoon and goes to bed early. Unfortunately, the curtains are not blackout curtains, so we tried to make it darker by hanging blankets, which was a bit of a hassle. The windows also lack insect screens. Last, the shower has these beautiful windows, but they got moldy over time, which is understandable, but not very hygienic.

Lovely view of the valley Cooking classes, yoga and e-bike hire is available Lovely pool Transport to and from the train station is available Waiters and chef are very friendly Cooking classes was great fun!
We did not have a car and getting around was very impractical as the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill. As such we needed to eat every meal at the accomodation. One day when I went to get lunch, I was told the kitchen was closed and no one had mentioned that it would be closed that day. Despite this though, the receptionist kindly made us a simple tuna salad which was great! If you’re eating every meal here, the menu is small so you’ll need to have some repeats if you’re staying for a few days. Unfortunately the stay wasn’t quite what I had in mind for staying at a agritourismo. I was hoping to be able to walk around a ‘farm’ or talk to them about their process of making oil and get some insight into this and maybe help out with part of the process. Maybe even help feed the animals. Honestly it felt like the owners didn’t enjoy hosting and welcoming guests with open arms (as we have experienced in many other places). I want to blame the language barrier, but this hasn’t been an issue with other experiences that we’ve had (like in Greece or turkey with people who know no English at all).

The location was convenient for us and the views were stunning! We loved the olives trees around! The communication for the check in was easy and uncomplicated. Coffee was great!
We were a bit surprised as we have read all those great reviews and we experienced none of it. The people there didnt seem to care much to interact with us, we never had a real instruction how things work etc. or even the offers they have. The thing though which bothered us most was : the smell in our room and also the state of the room. Unfortunately, we had such a strong odour in our room that it was hard to sleep… we opened the terrace door during the night to get it out but without any success. Additionally the room was not really clean, lot of spiders in the corners, dust and the bathroom was not cleaned... And we have been staying on farms etc but this was just not clean. Breakfast was the same story: little choices, without any love and it was all a bit run down.
