The apartment is large, with a lot of space to put things and has a nice living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is also exceptionally large and modern. The view from the back bedroom is nice towards the mountains. The neighborhood is also very quiet. Manuel has also provided us with coffee capsules and some essentials for breakfast (honey etc).

Parking is not on the property, you must park on the main street a few meters away.

Brand new 2 bedroom apartment, very clean, big enough for 3 people. Manuel, the owner is very nice, helpful and very flexible. We definitely enjoyed our stay at his place. Can only recommend.

Manuel Guesthouse è un'ottima scelta

Soggiorno estremamente piacevole ad Arta Terme. L'appartamento situato in una zona tranquilla del paese è moderno, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. La cucina è attrezzata con utili elettrodomestici e stoviglie. Inoltre è ben fornito con monodose di prodotti essenziali come olio, sale, zucchero, bustine di tea e capsule di caffè.. viaggiando spesso non sempre si trovano a disposizione questi plus e devo dire che sono stati molto graditi. Anche nell'ampio bagno finestrato si trova tutto il necessario, oltre ai morbidi asciugamani. Dalla camera da letto la vista del bosco, con il sole che sorge la mattina, fa apprezzare ancora di più il contatto con la natura che tanto si ricerca in vacanza.

Una settimana in famiglia ad Arta Terme

La casa è ben arredata e accessoriata, spaziosa e collocata al piano terra (con un bimbo di 3 mesi ci siamo trovati benissimo). Entrambe le camere da letto sono dotate di armadi molto grandi per riporre i bagagli e la cucina/salotto dispone di tutto ciò che può servire. Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio vicino alla struttura e siamo stati accolti dal proprietario, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Piękne miejsce, niezwykli ludzie

Apartament spełnił, a nawet przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Cicho, bardzo wygodnie, nie brakowało nam niczego. Właściciele to wspaniali, empatyczni ludzie. Nasz samochód uległ w Arta Terme awarii. Nasz gospodarz poświęcił ponad trzy godziny, załatwiając nam mechanika i transport lawetą do najbliższego warsztatu, służąc za tłumacza, a nawet podwożąc całą naszą rodzinę kilkanaście kilometrów do naprawionego już samochodu! Gospodyni troszczyła się w tym czasie o nas, dostarczając nam wodę i dbając o wszystkie potrzeby naszych dzieci. Spotkaliśmy się z ogromną życzliwością i bezinteresownością. W pomoc nam zaangażował się nie tylko nasz gospodarz, ale i jego sąsiedzi! Piękne doświadczenie, piękna włoska gościnność. Miejsce godne polecenia, a spektakularne widoki i niesamowita przyroda wokół to dodatkowy bonus! Dziękujemy z całego serca!

Discreto ma dalle foto, dalle recensioni e dal prezzo, mi aspettavo di più

L’appartamento era pulito e da poco ristrutturato. Il frigo è capiente, i materassi e i cuscini comodi, l’ambiente è spazioso.

La posizione: eravamo nell’appartamento che si trova su livello del marciapiede e da un lato persino al di sotto , quindi non solo senza vista (essendo in montagna un minimo ci si aspetta) ma circondato da casupole abitate per cui siamo stati costretti a stare tre giorni con le tende delle finestre abbassate e con l’illuminazione delle lampade.
